- Fruit de Marie (fruit of the ocean) a selection of grilled and poached seafood for one with crispy roasted chat potatoes
- Drunken aunty’s rhubarb and botrytis semillon custard
- Caramelised pineapple with ginger biscuit crumble and pepe saya cultured marscapone.
